I led pioneering prison charity Switchback’s transition into influencing, helping the organisation become a leading voice in criminal justice and deliver real policy change driven by young prison-leavers.

I launched Kitchenette Karts, a food truck backed by the Mayor of London, supporting young people gain skills and build thriving careers in hospitality.

I’m currently supporting award-winning charity Settle to start influencing change across the care system, rooted in the voice of young care-leavers and Settle’s frontline expertise.

I recently co-founded the Common Ground Justice Project, engaging people across divides to find a new way forward for criminal justice in the UK.

As vice-chair of the Year Here Foundation, I’m leading efforts to widen access to social entrepreneurship and break down barriers faced by underrepresented groups.
